Hello,
In the past we have trusted word of mouth to distinguish inactive players from those taking a break.
This has caused the embarrasing situation of accidentally kicking an active player on holiday, this thread aims to prevent future occurances by archiving such instances.
Please don't feel the need to explain your reasons, a start date and an end date will suffice
