it has been suggested to me that anyone who is inactive in skirmishes for a month without leave should be kicked, discuss. |

agree on the general idea but a warning may be issued and if the inactivity continues for lets say another week.. kick em out..  |

I agree, a warning after 1 month and then a final week to become active before being kicked

In fact atm we do ONLY tier6 skirmies in the evenings. So we must consider m8's that are active mostly morning hours, m8's that find tier6 boring, m8's that can raise more credits and xp in premium tank platoons in comparison with t6 skirmies and may be other reasons that I can not think of. It would be intresting to know the opinion of active with few or no skirmies in order to have a fair policy proposal.

Agree about the warning. If the folks are active at morning hours but they DO play, there is nothing wrong. So far just get rid of inactive players.

My thought was after a months absence you should be demoted and a warning sent, If no response at the end of 2 months they need to be excluded from the clan. This gives someone 2 whole months before being kicked out. |
